The facility was wonderful and the staff reasonably good. Historic location, a short walk to a large ocean pier. I visited the swim-up bar and liked the excellent drinks. Perfect service was provided too.
Wi-Fi was weak.

The location was exceptional, the room was really well appointed and the beds were spacious. A trendy outdoor restaurant was open on site.

Room was well-kept, very responsive staff. Delightful American breakfast - affordable meats, tea, coffee, cereals and breads. There were free wireless internet access, flat-screen television and big windows in the room, liked that. Secluded location, relatively close to Peyote People. Plus it was in a new area. Top-notch service too.

Amazing pool, absolutely gorgeous views, VERY ATTENTIVE staff. There was variety of food for breakfast, including coffee, cheese, breads and pastries. I loved the room, it was immaculate, had exceptionally comfortable bed and marble bathroom. They made my stay best. Lovely location, at walking distance from Galeria Olinala.

staff and views were in general great. a wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like joe jack's fish shack that was only 10 minutes' walk away. it deserves its 4 stars.

Came in Puerto Vallarta to relax and have fun, this hotel was incredible base for doing it. Enjoyed the food at their on-site restaurant Mantamar.
That microwave was missing.

It truly was a great experience. Hotel's location was near main attractions like Galleria Dante. The room faced the ocean.
